PriceLabs is dynamic-pricing software. On Airinn STRP and Guided Control, the PriceLabs subscription is included, configured, and actively managed by Airinn. On the $49 Airyn AI tier, managed pricing is available as a $15 per booked night add-on, but the PriceLabs subscription itself is not included.

Guesty with Airinn
Guesty is the required PMS for Airinn STRP and Guided Control today, and the Guesty subscription is included in those plans. Airinn uses Guesty as the operating hub for channel connections, calendar context, guest messaging, and connected workflows.
