PriceLabs provides dynamic nightly pricing, minimum-stay controls, market data, and synchronization with supported PMS and channel-management systems.
It is a strong pricing engine, but software still needs a strategy, configuration, monitoring, and someone accountable for the decisions around it.
What Airinn adds
On STRP and Guided Control, Airinn includes the PriceLabs subscription, configures it, and actively manages pricing as part of the wider property operating system.
That means pricing decisions sit next to Guesty, channel distribution, guest messaging, calendar operations, Property Hub, and market-relative performance reporting rather than existing as a separate tool an owner has to monitor alone.
