Our story
Every investor is different and has different goals. Early on, we realized the definition of "passive" was very subjective. Some owners wanted to be 100% hands-off...others wanted some involvement with their property. We realized what we do best wasn't actually management, it was revenue and efficiency optimization...the "techy" stuff that none of our clients want to mess with. We decided to narrow our focus; ultimately empowering owners to make their investment as passive as they desire.
With freedom, fun, empowerment, and using technology to be more human as some of our core values, we created a proven system that our clients love. In the end, it's not "1" big thing that makes your property successful, it's "100" little things being done right. As a "real estate guy" and musician, Landon loves blending the worlds of music and real estate, embodying his "job" as a musician, realtor, investor, builder, and developer.
His passion lies in empowering others to achieve their real estate aspirations, guiding them towards the freedom and enjoyment life has to offer...whatever that looks like for them. As a devoted father and husband, faith, family, and freedom are the core values of his endeavors.
He finds a unique harmony between the creative freedom in both music and real estate, drawing parallels between composing a song, developing a piece of land, or designing a house. His purpose is more than a transaction; it's about helping others create their vision and empowering them to execute to get the most out of their life.
