Guesty with Airinn: PMS setup, OTA connections, and managed operations
Guesty is the required PMS for Airinn STRP and Guided Control today, and the Guesty subscription is included in those plans. Airinn uses Guesty as the operating hub for channel connections, calendar context, guest messaging, and connected workflows.

Why Guesty is required today
Airinn expects to support additional PMS options later, but Guesty is the only supported PMS for STRP and Guided Control today.
That gives the operating stack one current source for reservations, calendar state, guest context, and OTA connections.
What Airinn configures
Airinn connects Guesty to the owner's desired OTA accounts, including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and other supported channels the owner wants to use.
STRP keeps the owner's own OTA accounts and billing relationships. Guided Control may use Airinn-controlled channel infrastructure where applicable.
Guest messaging and automations
On STRP and Guided Control, Airyn can handle guest messaging at the permission and proactivity level selected by the owner.
For PMS-native automations, Airinn provides templates and guidance, but the owner controls and configures those automations in the PMS.
Current VRBO billing distinction
On STRP, VRBO charges stay on the owner's VRBO account and card.
On Guided Control, VRBO fees are billed in arrears because the applicable account is Airinn-controlled.
